Terms and conditions: The reward card can be used virtually anywhere that welcomes American Express® Cards as detailed at www.encompasscard.com. The card is point based with 1 point = $1 in purchasing power. Card issued in the name submitted on rebate form and is not transferable. Card cannot be issued to minors. The reward card is reloadable. There is a "valid thru" date on the front of the card. Subject to applicable law, any points remaining on the card at midnight MST after the last day of the month of the valud thru date are irrevocably forfeited. However, if the program is renewed beyone the valid thru date, any remaining points may be transferred to a new card. Usage restrictions and guidelines apply. Card cannot be redeemed for cash. The card is not for use at taxis, water taxis, limousines and ATMs. Card terms and conditions apply. The card is issued by American Express Incentive Services, LLC.
